We are so excited for some of our students to return to the Eagle's Nest the week of October 26th! Our teachers and staff are preparing classrooms to accommodate for new Covid-19 safety protocols put forth by the District with guidelines from the CDC and Napa County Public Health. Check back often as we will add more information to this page as it becomes available.

Student Drop Off and Pickup

Parents will not be permitted on campus to drop off or pick up at the classrooms. Please make sure you have a designated area to meet your student after school.

There are 3 entrance/exit areas to campus. Try and have your student enter campus as close to their line up spot as possible.

From Linda Vista or Oxford:

  • Gate at Linda Vista Avenue, to enter campus via Joe's Path
  • Pedestrian Gate on Oxford Street, next to the back parking lot (ADA and staff parking only)

From the front parking lot or loading zone:

  • Four entryways available:
    • At Room 1 and leading to the Kindergarten/First Grade classrooms
    • Gates on either side of the school office
    • The gate next to the bike cage

Only students are allowed on campus at this time. Please make a plan with your student which exit they will use.

If your student, or anyone in the household, is experiencing any Covid symptoms, do NOT send your child to school. Please call the school office to let us know and to be connected to our credentialed nurse.

If your student has been in contact with anyone who has had a positive Covid test, do NOT send your child to school. Please call the school office.

Parents/Guardians will be required to fill out a daily symptom checker to confirm that students have not met any of the above conditions before coming to campus. This will be sent out each day by the District via ParentSquare. You must be logged into the ParentSquare website or use the app in order to access the form.

All students in grades 2 - 5 are required to wear cloth face coverings. It is strongly encouraged and recommended for grades K - 1.
